Introduction: I take pride in every aspect of making the customer happy and satisfied. Everything we do is all about customer satisfaction. All our work is done with top notch quality materials to ensure a quality product when the job is done! We are a small business so most of the work preformed will be done by myself Josh the owner which gives customers a one on one relationship with the owner to help ensure the quality of work being done! I love working in general.the things I like most about what I do is taking a yard or house or whatever it is I'm working on and improving it to it's best potential. And whether it's new or old construction there is no better feeling than to see the joy on our customers face when we complete our projects.

It has been a pleasure to work with J & L White Landscaping Home Improvements. Mr. White was courteous, honest and a hard worker. He explained every step of the process to me, and answered any questions I had. His work was neat, thorough, and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family and will use them for future home improvements!

Don't ever use unless you want someone that never shows up, destroys your house, and completely botch your project. He is rude, vulgar, and incompetent. The only reason he "owns" his own business is because he's been fired from everywhere else.

Mike S. I am sorry that there was a misunderstanding at the begining of the project. I was not under the impression that i was exspected to work weekends and nights. If i was rude or vulgar towards you i apologize. That was not my intention. You do not know me or my past so I would appreciate if you wouldn't post negative things such as I have been fired from everywhere I work because that is not true. Tile installation is something that cannot be done in a hurry especially when the floor was flooded before hand. But that is beside the point. I am sorry you feel the way you do. Josh is a Professional and Dedicated Craftsman. He was the only contractor that really took his time to investigate where the problem started, Was swift in purchasing supplies and getting down to business. He took his time and did exactly what he said he would. Very flexible with schedules even came on a Sunday to complete the job and Very Reasonable in pricing I recommend him to anyone and will use again Thanks Again Josh for being honest and skilled in your trade.

Josh did a great job on the roof for a home and garage. The work did take a couple days longer than I expected but overall great job. Everything looks great, no leaks and he cleaned up everything very well prior to leaving.

Josh and his associate, Damon, trimmed back bushes, took out trees, hauled everything off the property, sprayed weed killer and then mulched. I'm very happy with their work and would not hesitate to have them back again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The standard pricing procedure really depends on the type of work that needs to be preformed and how intense the labor will be to get the job done..... But please note that every job I price is carefully examined so the customer gets the best and most fair price possible
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually it starts with a phone conference in which I like to set up a date and time with the customer to meet with them at whatever location they desire to discuss the work they need preformed and then we go from there!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been a do it yourself kind of person ever since I was a young boy.. All the men in my family have always been self employed so I started working at a very young age with my father and grandfather , they taught me how to treat customers and how to preform the work to ensure the customer gets a quality job. I also preformed these types of work for them for over fifteen years as well before I started my own business!
