I will negotiate with the buyers' agents the contracts to obtain the greatest benefit for you, so that you can make a wise decision. For Buyers, we will start the process by guiding you through the mortgage pre approval process by a professional lender. Once you are pre approved, we will work together to start viewing houses. I will be present during home inspections and every step of new construction homes; I will negotiate deals for you so you can take the best decision.You will never feel alone in the process.

Maria has been a blessing. I came across an ad she posted on FB and sent her a message, she answered in less than 5 minutes introducing herself and scheduling a showing for the property. Due to my lease coming to an end in less than 2 weeks I was not sure that Maria would be able to help me find a home and have me moved in, but impressively she did. She's very passionate, informative and caring, While I was at work Maria was working on finding options for me and my family.. in 3 days she was able to show over 10 properties. Once we came across a home I loved in my desired neighborhood she was quick to contact the property manager and submit my application. Great experience with Maria, she helped us to negotiate a lower rent and throughout all the process we felt we had more a friend than a realtor, she really listened to our needs and helped us get ehat was convenient for us. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For buyers there is and Administrative Fee of $495 payable at closing. For sellers, in addition of the Adm. fee, there is a commission percentage charged for all Real Estate agents.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I call the client to know his/her principal interest, then we schedule a meeting to go deep into their desires and expectations. This way I get to know what will be our first step in the transaction.
