- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For buyers there is and Administrative Fee of $495 payable at closing. For sellers, in addition of the Adm. fee, there is a commission percentage charged for all Real Estate agents.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I call the client to know his/her principal interest, then we schedule a meeting to go deep into their desires and expectations. This way I get to know what will be our first step in the transaction.
