Introduction: My clients are small to mid-size companies who could not afford a full time accountant but needed someone to manage their business financials. Most of the interaction between myself and the client was is remotely, either with a remote service or QBs Online. Responsibilities included everything from creating the QuickBooks file to maintaining the integrity of the data:
• Creation of QuickBooks File
• Organization of Chart of Accounts
• Recording and validating Income and Expense transactions
• General Journal Entries (Prepaid, Accrued, Payroll)
• Reconciliation of Accounts (Bank, Credit Cards, Loans, Payroll)
• Financial reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet)
• Misc: occasional HR services
