Chad was awesome helping me find the best solution for optimally setting up a second zone in our house. He was flexible with options and came to the house to see the situation in person. I would recommend New Age to anyone looking for help with their home theater needs.

We hired New Age to clean up cabling around our house and install direct TV in three rooms. I described the job I wanted completed in detail to Chad. I was not present for the install and things did not go as planned. They did not do the work as I requested and blamed me for my dissatisfaction. To fully rectify the situation took in total three visits. The job eventually was completed as requested but I would not use them in the future. Communication among their team is poor and Chad seemed unprofessional.
