- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I have an introductory offer of $200. It covers an initial meeting and assessment to determine goals and what we will be working towards. It includes five sessions of training.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Before I work with a customer, I prefer to meet them, get to know them, and understand what their goals and needs are. I will conduct an assessment during our first meeting. This will help me understand where we need to start and will help me set up an a program that is tailored to their individual needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been certified by National Academy of Sports Medicine as a personal trainer. Also, I have graduated from and have been certified by the National Personal Training Institute.
