SERVICES: 1) 45min Phone Coaching w/ Lifestyle Analysis + Q&A + Specific Action Points & Verbal Plan ($60) - you will need a pen and paper for this otherwise I offer a follow up email with all the important points and steps in our phone call ($15). 2) Phone Call + 30 Days Coaching + Fully Documented, Easy To Follow Nutritional Analysis + Totally Personalized Meal Plan Based on Your Preferences ($250). Take a look at the photos to get a glimpse of what kind of information is in a document. They are typically 5-8 pages long and work through your entire Lifestyle, Preferences, Supplements, Meal Plan, Action Steps, and ***Research Citation Page***. This begins with 2 forms I send to you, then a follow up 30min phone call to gather all of the information I need to successfully build you a plan that does exactly what you hope to do. It gives you very specific instructions and access to me directly for questions and answers for 30 days. In addition to these services, as a consequence of your Lifestyle Analysis, we are usually able to spot some very unhealthy, daily behaviors that are easily fixable but net you tremendous energy and well being. You should work with someone that stays on top of the latest, well documented and conducted research and understands it. You are likely here for one of four reasons (or a combination): 1) HEALTH: You want to improve your health and you're dealing with health issues that food may offer relief from or halt the progress of. Health afflictions I work best with are: Gastrointestinal distress (Colitis, Crohn's), Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol. Energy Problem. Generally feeling unwell due to poor diet. 2) WEIGHT LOSS: You want to lose weight, look and feel better and stop feeling shame and negative thoughts towards your body. I offer emotional support as well as specific guidance on when, what, and how much to eat. 3) SPORTS NUTRITION: Aside from working with individuals in the health and wellness field, I am a competitive performance athlete myself. With over 10 years experience competing. I understand the physiological nutritional requirements from a body that demands a heightened level of supplementation and very specific protein-fat-carb requirements. I can recommend powerful, natural supplements, when to take them and when to not. What kind of food, how much and timing is elemental in running a lean, powerful body that can get to the next level of training and performance. My clients appreciate the level of research and information we provide on their specific lifestyles, preferences, medical challenges, and life challenges. Every *Personal Document* we create has recipes, a personal (custom built) meal plan, research citations, immediate changes to make, etc.. We have solutions for the time challenged people. Solutions for the cooking-phobic. Solutions to ease stress in life. Every person's time, strengths, challenges and needs is looked at individually, and a plan created just for them. The absolute best part of my job is when my client gets to the place they set their sights on. There is nothing quite as gratifying as laying out a well-conceived plan, helping my clients implement it then watching the wonderful changes that take place. Figuring out the mysteries of what is holding a person back, identifying them then eliminating/replacing/or working around them, is truly gratifying for me as I learn so much right next to my clients. This is always a journey of discovery for each of us as one person's set of specific circumstances, preferences and physiology will never quite match another's.

I explained my goals to Tiffany when we spoke on the phone and she set me up with exactly what I needed, in my case, my macros. She gave, by far, the most down to earth and practical nutritional guidance, which made it very attainable and sustainable over time. She offered suggestions and was always just a text away. I felt very overwhelmed by the amount of contrasting nutritional advice on the internet but Tiffany simplified it and made it approachable. I appreciate her wealth of knowledge and I’m grateful for her help!

I'm a competitive athlete who's always struggled with eating too much and not the right things, and it's generally been a net negative on my performance, daily energy levels, and even sleep. Tiffany provided me with an incredibly detailed nutrition plan that took all the thought out of the process: i know exactly what to eat; what my grocery list is; and she even found a way to incorporate some of my favorite cheat items in there. It's not a diet. It's a new, intelligent lifestyle change, and results are already showing after three weeks.
