The designer at Interior Elements was able to take the general ideas of what I was looking for, run with a concept, and come up with a finished product that was amazing. She is wonderful at listening, working within my budget and probing to find solutions that help me step out of the box I kept finding myself in. Brenda has a warm, easy to work with personality. She is up to date on all of the new trends. She never ceases to amaze me with her knack of putting things together, whether it be taking what I have and doing minor additions, or revamping a whole room. I would highly recommend Interior Elements and Designs -- I will definitely use them for my next project!

Brenda ask specific questions to determine just what I wanted and how we would use our space. She gave detailed floor plans, furniture sizes and color suggestions. She is professional and so easy to work with. She is just the greatest!

Brenda was right on time and was able to see beyond the remodeling mess that she walked into. In about an hour she was able to get a good idea of how we would be using these rooms, discuss furniture and wall colors, and take photos and measurements. Looking forward to working with her again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a flex fee base, meaning that if we can help you in a couple of hours, we will charge on an hourly basis. If we are looking at a full room remodel such as a kitchen or bath, we move to a flat fee which caps the fee structure.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll meet with you for an initial consultation in your home to see the space, talk about how you use, how we can improve the functionality, your vision (or inspiration), take pictures and measurements. If your project is more involved, we'll go back to the studio create then meet with you to present the design. Where you go from there can take several avenues...
