Introduction: I'm a Social Media Manager/Digital Strategist. I create strategy, consult with teams, integrate multi-faceted marketing plans, and create original and/or curated content for the digital channels of businesses and individuals. I started my business over 6 years ago doing freelance social media work for retail companies, and it quickly grew into consultant positions on teams and for individual projects in B2B and B2C industries including: health and wellness, executive and change advisory, beauty, skincare, business and career services, luxury goods, nonprofits, and the performing arts. WHAT I DO: I am especially skilled at helping small businesses and growing businesses learn how to manage and utilize their social media, and plan strategically for the future. I've many times over had business owners and leaders tell me that despite attending workshops and classes in the past, they didn't understand social media and what they need to do until I sat down with them. I enjoy helping people and using both logical, analytical, and creative thinking to expand your businesses, reach, and communication. I love storytelling, and know it's the most effective way to share your business with its audience.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Nothing is a "one size fits all" service. I often give customers a range for pricing because if they don't need a particular part of a service, there is no reason they should pay for it!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always schedule a 30-minute complimentary call to talk about the company, the person, and the project. They can get to know my style and background to see if I'm the right person for the job, and vice versa.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked in social media and digital strategy in many different capacities, from a freelancer all the way up to CMO of a startup tech platform. I've done it all: created content, created strategy, executed, researched, etc. I also hold a degree in English, have worked in the non-profit world, and have written professionally for the past 17 years.
