What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Under The Sun Travel is a home based business. We are able to communicate via phone and email, but will be happy to arrange an in person appointment. We provide quotes based on the customers criteria. When the perfect option is selected by the customer, we process the booking, keep track of details, add special requests as needed, and make sure all travel documents are in place prior to travel.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
College graduates with backgrounds in business. Travel training through online and classroom settings, along with personal travel experience.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Couples, families and groups.
