Introduction: I currently specialize in working with older adults on issues of strength, endurance, flexibility, balance, and agility. I have 30+ years of experience and many happy clients. References are available upon request. I rarely use Thumbtack as most of my clients come from personal referrals.
I have worked with a wide range of clients including weight loss, post rehab from injury and/or surgery, sports performance, neuromuscular and neurological disorders, cardiac, back, diabetic, etc. Certifications include Master Personal Fitness Training, Older Adult Fitness Training, Total Body Strength Conditioning, Aquatic Fitness Training, and Balance Training for Fall Prevention. I am a Cornell University trained Nutrition Graduate. All this allows me to enjoy any and all challenges that come my way!
I charge $70 for a one hour session. 30 and 45 minute sessions are available.
