What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a standard price list that I share with my clients after the initial phone consultation that may vary according to complexity of services required.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There's is usually a phone consultation where I discuss the needs or goals of the client for their hair and finished style. I then direct them to my website or othe social networks to view my work. After that we set up an in person consultation and convenient appointment time ,which can be completed together.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Senior Cosmetologist that has worked in the industry as a cosmetology educator , platform stylist, apprenticed stylist to obtain licensure, salon owner for 15years and State Board examiner for Cosmetology and related fields.
