We were at our wit's end when we found Enrico Cross. We owned a German Shepherd but the introduction of another German Shepherd to the family was not going smoothly - I think the two of them would have tried to kill each other had they gotten together. After about three weeks of this, we were at the point where we were thinking of returning the newest dog when we decided to consult with Enrico and sign up for one of his classes. We had to take the two dogs in separate vehicles. In the span of one class session, Enrico had the two dogs side by side. He then taught us commands that every dog owner should know and a technique to make them stick. He also worked with us to keep us from transmitting our own bad "body language" to the dogs. Our two sheps eventually bonded so tight you would have thought they were from the same litter. I would recommend Enrico without any reservation and do so whenever i meet someone who has gotten a new dog. Don't waste your time with pet store training.

I brought a very people aggressive dog to train with Enrico and within minutes he had my dogs utmost respect. He trains you how to be a better leader. He specializes in problem dogs. To say that I highly recommend him is an understatement. He is a top class trainer.

Rico does not train your dog: he trains YOU to train your dog!! He takes his time, has patience, and is better than Cesar Milan. I have had 2 dogs trained by him, and a cat. He is fantastic!!

We were so thankful to find Rico to help train our dogs!! One of our dogs had been labeled as aggressive and we had great difficulty walking both dogs. Rico and K9 helped us understand how to train our dogs and change our behavior to help us all. The outcome was my young sons being able to walk our dogs and no more aggression! We cannot recommend K9 enough - Rico understands and cares about you and your dogs.

This man knows how to communicate with your animal and train you how to do the same. He is full of wisdom and has a wide range of experience (family pets to military dogs). Finally, Enrico loves dogs. We adopted a dog he raised and have been blessed beyond measure.

Basic Obedience is $600 for sixteen weeks, once weekly Advance Obedience $500 for twelve weeks, once weekly Aggressive dog fee $200-$600 depending on size and severity of aggression Evaluation $75 Per session $75
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I evaluate the handler and dog team, to get a feel of the relationship they have. Many times people call me about a misbehaving dog but it turns out to be more miscommunication from handler to dog.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am trained as an Animal Health Technician first in the Air Force and later in civilian life I was graduated from Western Career College Animal Health Technician program in Sacramento, CA.
