UPDATE: Alex and myself communicated after the initial interaction and he came to take a look at the machine afterwards to try and reduce the sound. He also replaced a metal ring that became flimsy. I appreciate him taking the time once again hence updated my rating to a four.
Machine started making much more noise after they opened it up to fix the damage caused by two mice. All the panels seem to be loose and some internal pieces such as the metal ring around the rubber of the door is clearly visible and not properly installed. The machine is exceptionally laud during the start and spin cycle. Also they initially quoted my $240 two change two hoses and the pump without testing the pump first. I decided to get the hoses first and test the pump before committing to change it. Pump ended up being fine so I saved $130. They left the laundry room external door wide open after they were done, seemed like he rushed out before properly finishing his job. I texted him the night of the service after noticing the noise and he told me that he’d stop by to check it on the next day but never did. I haven’t received any further correspondence ever since.
