- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer by the hour, but can give you a reasonable bid.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well usually, meet with the customer. They explain to me, what they want done. I take a look or troubleshoot the problem/situation. Then I either fix it or explain with the correct fix would be for the problems/situation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I believe the best kind of training is on the job training! Then you can improvise your own design or common ways of getting job done accurately and by code.
