Dealing with this company and it’s owner Chris was a complete waste of time. I contacted Chris and we agreed on a price to replace the color wheel of my 12 year old Samsung TV. When the part came in a week later, I called Chris 3 times and he did not return my call. Finally on my 4th attempt to reach him, he picked up the phone and apologized for not getting back to me. He stated that he could come over on the next day at 2 PM to do the job. He did not show up. I called him at 3 PM and again he apologized and said he had a family problem but would see me the next day at 3 PM. Again, he did not show up. I called at 4 PM and left a message. An hour later, his assistant called back and said Chris was very busy and suggested I call back in 3 or 4 days. Of course, I didn’t bother to do this and got another TV repair person to replace the color wheel. I would not recommend this company to anyone since they are completely unreliable.

I spent money to buy your job all I get is your ridículos opinión which Regretfully counts didn't you order wrong part first? Can I send you bad review for wrong order customers as the entire country hell and nasty.

My laptop screen was broken and these guys fixed it for me promptly. They were willing to lower the cost of the labor not as much as I wanted but they got the job done and is was well done. I will use them again. Thanks!
