- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We refuse to sacrifice quality for price. May not be the cheapest, but do you really want the cheapest? We offer a 15% Military and Veterans discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Give a rough estimate if its via phone or internet without pictures. Than give a more concrete estimate once the job has been seen. Its hard to for see any difficulties without actually having seen the job. All job sites are different. Once we get there, mask everything off that's needed, move furniture if needed. Caulk and Spackle as needed. Once it's time to paint, start from top down.(Ceiling, walls, than doors and trim. Make sure the customer is satisfied. Collect payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
5 years commercial and residential painting and deck coating. 3 of those years doing swing stage work on high rises.
