Andrew showed up and diagnosed the squeaking of my dryer as a bad roller bearing. He advised on the cost of the repair and suggested preventative maintence by replacing a belt. We agreed on a reasonable price including parts (which had to be ordered). He was able to provide a temporary solution so I could still use the dryer until the part arrived. Job was completed in a reasonable time frame and no further repairs have been needed.

If you ever have heard the saying "I've got a guy for that"....it describes someone like Andrew Kelly. Andrew knows small engines and has been my go to guy for tempermental equipment from mowers to chainsaws to trimmers. Andrew will fix it if it can be fixed, and tell you it is time for replacement if that is the case. When you know nothing about engines, you need to know somebody who you can trust that does! Andrew is that guy.

Andrew is an excellent professional. He is both physically and mentally prepared for most any projects. He has troubleshot and fixed numerous items for me from popcorn machines to faulty car window motors, to name but a few. He is my first call when I have building issues. Mower and appliance repair is typically 50 an hour and boats call for a bit more as they are more complicated in their systems. Handyman and carpet cleaning would be bid specifically to the job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Setup a date and time to come by, assess possible repair solutions and come to an agreed upon price.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I went to school for boat motors and the first job I got after that was working on mowers, so being a technician is just something very natural to me. Machines make sense to me. For the handyman and cleaning services working at hardware stores and helping friends with home projects honed me in on different techniques to succeed In those areas.
