- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is flat rate with no hidden fees and based on what all the project entails. Once a bid is given there will be no other cost UNLESS client decides to add more in which case a new bid proposal will be given and than amended to the original.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Consulting with my client to find out his/her goals and what they want to achieve through out the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the household industry since 1999. I have a 5 out 5 star rating on my facebook page as well as quality reviews. I have worked with big companies such as Procter&Gamble, Saint Gobain as well celebrity clientele. I have done numerous public speaking on my profession as well as charity donations to help organization raise monies.
