- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
After 15 years working at large, prestigious law firms in Miami and West Palm Beach, I endeavored to open my own office with the sole goals of providing exception work at a fraction of the price; quick turnaround time on all projects; and a friendly, responsive experience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Introductory telephone call; 2. Estate Planning Questionnaire to be filled out by client (when appropriate); 3. Complimentary In-Person Meeting (when desired / appropriate); 4. Client Engagement (50% of flat fee due; 5. Preparation of Work and Drafts Delivered to Client for Review (revisions when appropriate); and 6. In-Person Meeting to Execute Documents (remainder of 50% flat fee due).

I have worked with clients from all walks of life from individuals with less than $20k of assets to multimillionaires and Fortune 500 companies.
