Everything was very personal and easy to follow. He sent me a great food plan and list of good foods to eat; as well as customizing your routine to however you are and how ever you'd like to improve yourself. I intended to just do the one free work out I'd won, but I liked it so much I've been with him for a couple months now, very flexible schedule and awesome to work with. 10/10

    i recently trained a client who had difficulty accumulating mass and strength. i coached him for 8 months, in the course of 8 months he put on 70 lbs of muscle and increased his dead lift by 215 lbs his squat by 190 lbs and his bench by 110 lbs
