Swimming in the Zone

Introduction: I am an experienced swimmer. I started teaching swimming in college and managed rec centers where I taught all swim classes from beginning swim to certifying & hiring lifeguards. I have been "swimming in the zone" ever since. I specialize in teaching people with fear of water to overcome their fears and take a dive and enjoy swimming! I have my own pools, if you'd like to travel, to me and take your lessons in a cool indoor pool or the outdoor pools. In college I had my WSI and Lifeguard & First Aid certificates. I currently swim daily in the "ZONE". I teach all ages from six years old to seniors. I have a specialty working with competitive swimmers to get them and keep them in the "Zone" of a championship swimmer❗️ If you have a small group I can accommodate that small group or your private sessions. We use technology to record your stroke on your smart phone to give you feedback. I enjoying connecting with the students and seeing how much more fun they have with swimming. I love seeing how much more proficient they become when swimming. We'll use technology by recording your swimming on your smart phone to show you what you're doing so we can correct that with positive critique.
