My brother started working with Moh on some strength training a couple of years ago. He had always been encouraging me to talk to Moh about weight loss as I've struggled with it most of my adult life.
I finally got to a point where I was ready to get this weight off, once and for all. I met with Moh and realized I should have listened to my brother a lot sooner. Moh has a passion for helping others love their bodies. He doesn't judge, only encourages and holds you accountable. His meal planning includes real food that is part of my daily life. So while I've changed the food that I eat, it is easy to do with the crazy schedule that I keep.
I've lost 50 lbs. working with Moh. I have a long road still to go, but he's with me every step of the way. I know I will succeed with his help.

My son, my husband and my daughter all starting going to Moh quite awhile ago and had tremendous success. I kept having excuses why I couldn't go. I finally made the commitment and I am so happy that I did. I have lost 30 lbs and have really increased my stamina. I was also having trouble going down stairs because of my knee but with the strength training that problem has gone away. Moh really cares about you as a person and truly helping you to live a healthier life. Me and my family are "Generation Fit" believers.

Love working out with Moh. After major back surgery Moh designed a program suited to my restrictions and 5 years later I am stronger and in better shape than ever!!!

I've attended Generation Fit for 14 months and have lost 22 pounds and have learned to eat "clean" during this time. I have attended 3 thirty minute classes a week and followed a simple but fulfilling meal plan. The trainer's are outstanding. It's a fun, supportive group of people you work out with no matter what your experience/limitations are.
