- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a "standard pricing system". Pricing depends on many different aspects. Number of guests, equipment needed, length of service needed, type of event, number of strips, scrapbook, location etc...
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discuss in detail what is wanted/expected from a potential customer. Explain ways to save money, what exact equipment will be needed, help with the photo booth timeline. Gain the customers trust, sign a contract and have some fun.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working photo booths since 2016. My company (and all equipment) are brand new as of August 2017. New booth just purchased in July of 2018, now I am capable of 2 events at the same time!
