- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to stay 20% under market area average to be competitive. I charge by the job in complete. Not by the hour. So, if I quote a job for you, the price is the same no matter how long it takes me to get it done!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I communicate first via phone or email, set up a meeting time and walk through So that I am clear on the job expectations and timeframe. I can get you on my calendar!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Service to people in my former job... my mindset is making customers happy! Being a wife and mom of 3, I know what I want and expect my home to look like and feel like after a long day. I want to give that same attention to your home!
