FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$100 for private yoga or two person lessons $125 for Physical Therapy - I do not accept insurance at this time!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first session is a time where we sit down for 15 to 30 minutes to discuss your goals for your yoga practice. It is incredibly important to me to understand your values and what you need out of your yoga practice so that I can help you achieve what you desire on and off your mat. I also like to set clear communication lines up for if things do not feel right in your body. Also, these lines of communication will serve us to create a good working relationship together.
