I went to Thumbtack to search for a great deal on who can sealcoat our parking lot that holds 49 cars. Well, three contractors called right away so I scheduled to have two estimates meet me the next day and well...only one showed up. Stevens Sealcoating. Not only did Mr Stevens keep the date but he arrived early (in between jobs). Mr Stevens walked me thru every procedure that needed to be done and he explained why it's essential to use real tar vs latex paint. So, we scheduled on a day that was convenient for both of us and Stevens Sealcoating delivered as promised. The job came out beautifully and he yellow striped it perfectly. And most importantly the price was very reasonable comparatively. I would recommend Frank Stevens Sealcoating to all who would like to have their parking lot done in a fast, easy and professional way. (Five Stars, absolutely)

Frank and his crew did a wonderful job. Very responsive with phone calls and emails throughout the whole process. The job was completed within days of our first communication and they were a pleasure to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.
