Introduction: My service stands out because I teach the student to become mindful of the body's actions through yoga postures and use of a kettle bell to warm up the muscles before yoga. It helps to commit the self to become more aware of what you need in your life by enabling the self to drop into that awareness of observing , witnessing and with this type of training you become the person you want to be. Fit ! Body mind and spirit.
I feel grateful after teaching/training someone that enjoys, is dedicated, and really wants to honor their body/ mind by having me as their personal trainer/ teacher.
