- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each person receive one free consultation to see what their fitness goals are, where they currently stand and what it will take to reach those goals. Pricing for each service is as follows and require a minimum 3 month commitment: Personal Training (50 minutes): 1 session per week- $239/month 2 Sessions per week- $439/month 3 Sessions per week- $599/month 4 Sessions per week- $699/month Online Only Training- $149/4 weeks with 12 week commitment
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is completing the initial consultation to get an initial evaluation of current fitness status and desired fitness goals. Once that assessment is completed, we will schedule out as many sessions as possible as well as fill out your monthly workout calendar. Once completed, the nutrition plan will be uploaded to the mobile app for convenience as well. From there, you will begin your fitness program and reach your fitness goals!
