The Dell Center for Therapy
About this pro
In order to provide unique and individualized care, I offer a multitude of services such as individual therapy, family therapy, couples counseling, and group therapy. I am licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist and I believe in alternative ways of conducting therapy based on the needs of my clients. I have spent the vast majority of my career supporting and counseling clients facing issues ranging from eating disorders, addictions, couples/family conflict, and mood disorders. I use several therapeutic modalities based on the needs of my clients. I truly believe that all people are capable of change, and through a collaborative approach to treatment, great things can be achieved. I believe the therapeutic relationship is one of the most valuable tools to promote positive changes. I have dedicated my career to combating the issues faced by my clients and their families, helping them lead happier and more purposeful lives. I do not believe in "one size fits all" and offer a multitude of therapeutic services such as video chatting, trail talks, and art therapy

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I traditionally start off with a free 10 to 25 minute phone call or video conferencing consultation whereby I introduce myself, obtain an understanding of the individual or families therapy goals, and explain my process and approach. This allows potential clients to “try before they buy” and experience the therapy process without any pressure or obligation. The free consultation allows the client and I to determine if we are a good fit
