- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each project is unique. There may be characteristics that will affect the time needed to complete a project or specific equipment requirements. I always inspect the project before giving a price. This policy results in accurate estimates and eliminates any surprises during the execution of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer we take the time to explain all repair processes and educate our new clients to the fullest extent. We answer all questions thoroughly so there is a clear understanding of the repair, price and timeline for completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Before becoming a Realtor, I have worked as a plumber, roofer, carpenter, mason, electrician and general maintenance man to awuire the skills I have today. Saving money by exercising my knowledge in these trades has been a true blessing.
