Introduction: I am extremely knowledgeable when it comes to nutritional health and wellness. I specialize in clients looking to lose weight, gain muscle, improve sports performance, or simply live an overall healthy lifestyle. I stay up to date on the latest research and literature in the field and am constantly learning and improving.
I am happy to create meal plans, workout routines, demonstrate proper lifting technique, teach cooking, implement supplementation, and much more. This can be done in person, over the phone, through email, live or recorded video, or recorded audio. Over the years I found that every person is very unique in their health and fitness goals. I never use any pre-written material, guides, or diets and all my work is 100% original and catered to specifically fit your needs and goals.
When you work with me you get more than just a guide and a goodbye. You will have my personal phone number for any questions or concerns that you may have as you implement your new nutrition and/or training program. Together, we will get you to where you want to be!

My story:
When I was a teenager I was overwhelmed with stomach problems. My family has a history of poor health (obesity, IBS, cancer). I knew I didn't want this to be my destiny and I began to make many changes in my life. As of today, I am free of my old stomach ailments and extremely proud to say I'm in the best shape of my life and feel the best I ever have, inside and out.
I am a true believer that a fit and healthy lifestyle will not only save you from life-threatening illness, but will help you age gracefully. A healthy lifestyle will give you clearer skin and thicker hair. It will take everything about you and improve upon it once you are committed. I am living proof as years of research has taken me from suffering and worry to a life full of bliss and energy.
When I first set out on my fitness journey I was excited at the idea of improving my body, but primarily I craved an exceptional quality of life. For someone who is just beginning or perhaps taking a second or third shot at fitness and health, the road is confusing and the options are endless. When I was younger I tried many different diets and workout routines; I learned what works and what does not. I learned how to time meals to increase metabolism and how to achieve maximum protein synthesis post workout for maximum muscle gain. I learned what exercises build muscle the most rapidly and what types of cardio produce the best weight loss and cardiovascular improvements.
