FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All I can say is birthday parties are always going to be cheaper than weddings. Every situation is different so please ask about any specials available at the time and we can get started.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually find out the what ,how many , when , where of the event. What types of music you like, and if youwant to get specific we can even discuss individual songs for the entire event, my library can cover it. I explain that I will write up a contract and expect it to be signed and payment due upon arrival, before setting up. I usually set upa half hour before scheduled start time and do a sound check if allowed. THEN WE GET IT STARTED !!!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
