Introduction: I am a certified Personal Trainer, wife, and mother of 3. I specialize in Women's Fitness. I enjoy working with women at any stage and encouraging them to reach their full potential. I offer small group training classes as well as more personalized one-on-one training. I love encouraging woman. Whether they are looking to have a child one day, are currently a mother-to-be, someone trying to lose the baby weight, or just trying to figure out how to fit a great workout into your busy schedule, I love helping women realize that they are strong and capable of amazing things.

Samantha is a great trainer. She cares about your wellbeing. I mostly appreciated that she implemented proper form. She pushes you to success. I recommend her to beginners and well seasoned trainees.

I attend weekly warrior classes and these classes keep me motivated to continue my workout during the week. Samantha pays attention to each persons form and each persons needs. She takes time to put together classes that focus on areas we want to improve. She reaches out to you to help keep you on track. There hasn't been a class yet where I haven't felt my goals were met. I look forward to my weekly warrior time with Samantha. Whether you are just beginning to workout or are a seasoned veteran I highly recommend training with her.

I have been taking Sammi's boot camp classes for a few months now and love them! She is a down to earth trainer that really wants to help you. She provides a great variety with her workouts to keep you motivated and engaged. She gives modifications for all fitness levels and keeps the workouts fun, making you look forward to coming back! I would recommend her to all fitness levels from beginner to advanced. She is awesome!

Awesome! I have a attended Samantha's Sunday morning class for the past few months and have really enjoyed myself. She really knows how to challenge those who are advanced and explain things for those who are beginners. Her classes were fun, energetic, creative, and effective (I felt the burn!) Thank you Sami for keeping me motivated and making it fun, too!
