- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I have a standard pricing service for both my online and in person training services and nutrition coaching. Please contact me for more information
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?My typical process with working with a new client is to start with a complementary consultation and assessment. During this time I go over the client's health and exercise history and talk about what their goals are moving forward. Then we do a basic fitness assessment to see where the client's starting point is and areas we need to work on. From there if I think we will be a good fit to work together I I recommend one of my personal training/nutrition coaching programs. I then design a personalized workout program and or nutrition program for them to follow
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a certified personal trainer through the American Council of Exercise (ACE), I also hold a specialty certification through ACE in Orthopedic exercise. I have a Bachelors degree in Nutrition and am a certified nutrition coach through Precision Nutrition.
