Some of our junior staff have been with us for over five years, which is rare in a seasonal business like ours. We Know Pools Because We Own Pools
Paul chose to work in this industry because he's been a lifelong pool owner — he grew up with an in-ground pool in Bellmore and he and his wife just had to buy a house on Long Island that had one as well. They did just that, but the problem was that the pool needed significant repairs — basically a full rebuild. As an avid "do-it-yourselfer," Paul set out to replace the pool's walls, liner, plumbing, and filter system with only the help of his wife and (at the time) small son. Shortly after the pool was successfully rebuilt, Paul Romanelli & Son Pool Service was born and we've been growing ever since.
