My experience with Jim couldn't have been better. Very pleasant and helpful from the very start. He is very knowledgeable, and won't give up until he finds/solves the issues. He serviced my computer remotely, and after a few sessions he found the problem. He is very patient, and will answer any questions you have, either on the phone or via email. Had a Mac issue with new operating system causing havoc with my entire computer, Jim called first tried to fix problems over the phone no luck , so we made an appointment which he was 15 minutes early for! Anyone who hired Jim will find out that he is incredibly prepared and patience. Fixed the problem in a timely fashion didn't cut corners and explained every detail to me I couldn't be happier, Jim is a must hire for your Mac problems

Jim Simonson possesses advanced knowledge in all facets of all computer/networking/software/cyber- things, including both Apple and Microsoft. He has been my go-to IT guy for 20+ years, has NEVER let me down, and has gotten me out of many a jam. His knowledge base is always current, relevant, & up-to-the-minute. One of his greatest strengths - often overlooked and under-appreciated - is his ability to translate this complex and ever-changing world into simple language and concepts that regular people (like me) are able to grasp and understand, in a practical, concise manner. He is also a genteel, intelligent, well-spoken, humble man -- always a plus! A top-notch keyboardist, singer, and musician, too.
What can I say -- my life has been greatly enhanced via my relationship and friendship with Jim.
