- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introductory email where we outline what you can expect from us and where we can answer any of your questions. 24 hr initial evaluation of the task with immediate response and quote sent back to the customer. Upon acceptance of terms of service, we will begin a first round of editing where we fix anything we can and put together a list of questions that we may have for the customer in order to make a second round of improvements (no extra cost). If customer communicates promptly, a second and final round of editing should be delivered by the agreed upon date. Editor's notes are ALWAYS provided at no cost to help guide you through our thoughts and process. If you are not satisfied with our service, we will re-do for FREE* *Valid justification needs to be provided. We reserve the right to respectfully disagree with unrealistic or unethical requests (but don't worry, we have NEVER met a customer that was not satisfied in 4 years of business!)
