What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fee depends on the jobs requirements. I have a $50 on-site assessment fee. However, this fee is deducted from your total charge if I complete the job for you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak with my customers over the phone about their ideas before excepting a job. I always strive to leave my customers satisfied and I will not accept a job that I'm not 100% confident that I can complete in a timely & professional manner.
