FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer what we call "FLAT RATE" pricing. It is a system software that averages the prices across the region, and when we put in your particular repair, it tells us what to charge. The benefits of "flat rate" are many. 1. You are assured to get a FAIR price, due to our software calculating based off the average price other customers are paying. 2. It allows our customers to see what the price of the repair will be BEFORE doing the repair. We also offer discounts to Military, Law Enforcement, Paramedics, Fire Department, School Board members / employees, and Seniors. Customers who sign up for our BI-ANNUAL inspection / maintenance program also receive a discount on any future repairs and are put on the "priority" list, so that your wait time for a technician is minimal. (maintenance program customers are typically seen same day)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we like to talk to the customer over the phone, so that we can get an accurate description of the problem. Alot of times, just over the phone, FREE of charge, we have saved customers money, by having them change the batteries in their thermostat, or checking the breaker to the equipment. Next, We set and appointment day and time, and show up in a timely manner. Diagnosing takes place, and once we find the cause of the issue, we can give the customer a price UP FRONT for the repair. Our customers then give the OK to make the repair (we keep most major parts on our trucks) and work commences. Once repair is finished, and customer is back cooling / heating again, we email an invoice, collect payment, and leave. If customer decides NOT to move further with the repair. We only collect our small service / diagnostic fee, and hope to better serve you next time!
