- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a excellent team of trained and loyal employees, we have a starting rate for each service we offer but every business is unique as are the expectations for service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Wether we communicate with you intially over the phone, email etc we always come out to your location to give A estimate. We can absolutely give you ball park figure over the phone, but not A final estaminate unless we see the property. We them ask to sit down with either the owner or manager to really understand what their expectations are. This allows us to create a detailed check list so we can provide the best service time and time again.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
A proud Brooklyn Native, Kate grew up in a family of property managers. Growing up in this environment she gave her a strong work ethic, but also the knowledge how to run a property but also how to preform the hands on trade skills correctly and efficiently! She strives to go above and beyond on each job! Integrity and Honesty is very important to her and she expects nothing less from her staff!
