Among the many things I asked Jonathan to do, the three that really stand out in my mind are setting up an Apple TV, recovering Internet passwords, and replacing the hard drive in my laptop. He found me a great price on the hard drive and had it installed in no time! I had misplaced a lot of my internet passwords. He was able to retrieve/reset all my passwords I needed. He also gave me advice on how to organize my passwords. He setup and showed me how to operate my Apple TV. I remember one time where I was having problems, I called him and he was able to correct a problem over the phone. I will not hesitate to call him with any computer or technology problems. Great price, great service!
