FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We generally like to get in contact with a new customer and find out what their security needs or concerns are. Then, if possible, set up a time to look at the job. This gives us the ability to give a more accurate quote as we can get a pretty good idea of how much work is going to be involved. It also gives us a chance to meet and talk to the customer face to face. We would then provide a quote for the job and if the customer decides to go ahead with the job we would set up a time that works for them to do the installation. We then show the customer how to operate the equipment that we have installed and provide the customer with all user manuals and best number's to reach us directly if they were to ever have an issue or question regarding the system.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both Michael and Steven hold Systems Technician and Systems Contractor licenses from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts electrical board. We also both hold a state S-License permitting us to work on security systems. The S-License subjects us to background checks every 2 years to maintain our license.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Steven and Michael are 3rd and 4th generation security professionals in the industry.
