- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically, our session will run 30 - 45 minutes. Gone are the days of spending hours at the gym or working out. I can show you how to maximize your precious time getting fit so you can spend the rest of it how you want to!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, I would first like to know several things about you before we get started such as: age, history of fitness (new to exercise, etc), your complete medical history and/or medications you are on, any injuries, surgeries or diseases past or present, and finally what are your preferences regarding fitness related activities. Finally, we'll set some short and long term goals, weigh/measure if you choose and start measuring your success!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 30+ years experience and training in this industry and am a certified professional in Personal Training, Pilates, Yoga, Group Fitness, Nutritional Coaching, and CPR/First Aid. I regularly attend workshops and training seminars and attend fitness related events to bring my clients the newest and most effective health and fitness practices. HIIT is hot now and a great way to maximize your time!
