- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We often have specials running, please check out our website or Facebook for current offers. Gratuity for the driver and tasting room fees are not included in our fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take customer requests by phone or email. There is no preference, although we are out driving sometimes so a message is usually better. We like to find out if it is their first time to the area. We answer any questions they may have and if they would like us to work up a proposed itinerary for them.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with customers from all walks of life. We provide a professional service to every customer, often we do not know if a customer is an average Joe or a famous artist, we have had them all. We strive to provide a consistent, professional service no matter who ride with Pals!
