CamTech installed a video surveillance system consisting of 4 outdoor cameras, a DVR and monitor screen. I had obtained quotes from other companies in the Lehigh Valley and CamTech's quote easily beat the local companies. CamTech was able to install the system in about a week after approving their quote. The installation was performed in a professional manner and the installers worked quickly and were very neat. They were very proficient at fishing wires through walls and in the attic and the basement. The final installation of cameras is very unobtrusive but functionally excellent. Picture quality is outstanding. The DVR was connected to my home router and I can monitor the cameras any where I have internet access. The system installed by CamTech is expandable and I will probably be contacting CamTech to discuss expansions in the future. CamTech has met and exceeded all my expectations.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before installation we provide our customers with free on-site estimate and we stick to it. Installation is usually done within 2 weeks after approval.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Owner has a 15 year experience working with surveillance systems. Commercial and residential.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
First of all request detailed quote including all the brands and model numbers of all the products to be used in installation. Check prices of those products online. If you can't find them, it's a bad sign, most likely installer doesn't want you to know it. Ask about after installation service and warranty. Ask for referrals.
