- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My approach is simple- I take the time to understand what my customers’ needs are and develop the right plan, at the right price. I’m not here to drain your wallet or bank account. I always strive to give fair pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introducing myself to the customer and family if applicable, Ensuring the customer is comfortable, have the customer explain to me what they need done and where and if there is any other issues or repairs they needed. Answer any questions they may have. Go over the price and details. If I run into a issue while repairing or installing something- I make sure to point it out to my customer and go from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 16+ years experience in ALL handyman/Construction work. I have plumbing, flooring, installation of doors-windows-screens,etc, Painting, drywall, most electrician, pool installing, lawn care- mowing, trimming, edging, cutting tree branches down, leaf blowing, remodeling homes, demolition. I have been doing my own business since I was young. I am a perfectionist when it comes to my work, so you will NEVER be disappointed, I do things the right way , there is no room for mistakes when it comes to my work.
