10% Veteran, Military, Police, First Responder Discount. We offer upfront pricing with no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new customer will need to provide their information to get booked into our dispatching system. All customers will receive a text confirming the appointment date and time. We will provide a phone call when dispatching to let them know our estimated time of arrival. Once at the customers house we will provide diagnostics and get approval on quoted repairs. Once we receive approval we will perform the proposed repairs. Upon customer inspection we collect payment.
