FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use a flat rate per job for 90% of the work we do. So if someone calls at 2:00 am and the tech is moving slow it will not cost more at the same time something that they are really good at may seem awful quick for the cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Define the problem with the help of the customer and inspection find the best long term solution in mind to the issue at hand and if possible a stop gap solution with cost as deciding factor. As an example we may need a circuit board that switches the unit from heating to cooling that would cost $650.00 but if that is not in the budget we can bypass the board and get the a/c on for the summer for $150.00 then I let them know in six months we can put in the board in or switch it to heat. We would never leave anyone without if there is a way to get them going we even do (90) days same as cash.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
College trained and 14 years with ongoing training in the winters trad magazines
