- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't every jobs different and you are going to face different challenges and obstacles on each job. So u have to make your adjustments as to labor, materials and logistics time. Everything has a different price. No 2 jobs are the same.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I really like to get all the details of what my customers wants and communicate with them. Explain in detail what needs to be done. Walk them thru the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
