- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Wedding, Engagement & Event package pricing on average starts at $250 per hour. This includes 2 professional photographers attending your special occasion to document your day from multiple angles. Wedding packages for 6hrs length or longer include either a 90-minute engagement shoot or a 90-minute day after wedding shoot valued at $375. More detailed information can be found on our website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we begin by enjoying a coffee together. Our studio believes in understanding a potential clients wants and needs before we advise them on the services we offer. Shawn & Rowena have decades of customer service experience that forms the foundation on which all new client relationships are built. Every client is our only client and we will treat you that way. We believe in providing a experience that is unobtrusive and genuine, but the only way we can do this is by understanding the story the client is asking us to documented.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our studio is comprised of creatives with backgrounds as graphic designers, authors, artists and photographers. Our entire lives have been about storytelling in one medium or another. Words, colors, and images. We never stop learning and practicing our crafts. We are committed to a minimum of 10 hours a week of continued education. This comes from books, videos, online resources, seminars, and studio test shoots. We schedule a minimum of one shoot a week to practice new techniques or to create something fresh artistically. We never settle for the skill level we have today, we are always working on becoming better photographers.
